After reaching out several times with no response I ended up booking the room for an additional night to ensure it would be available. Then they responded to me. Many things didn’t work. "The check in with smooth. They spoke Japanese along with Chinese and English. There were snacks, water and tea available in the lobby. The place was a bit outside of city center however a very comfortable stay. I just wish they had more dressers in the room.
