Hotel took deposit instead pay at the hotel

Stayed 2nights but got charged 3 nights. Upon booking it was clearly mention pay at the hotel upon check out but at the time of booking either hotel or hotels.com took 1 night deposit and at the hotel also took 2nights so total 3 nights paid. No one took responsibility. Ended up keep calling Hotels.com CS and hotel, long waiting and bound back and forth, finally will get 1 night refund but don’t know when.

Ok hotell med bra läge

Ett ok hotell med bra läge, precis bredvid ett köpcenter. Hotellpersonalen är extremt dåliga på engelska, under all kritik med tanke på hotellklass. Frukosten är ok men inte så många västerländska alternativ. Rummens städning är sådär. Hotellets skick är inget vidare. Verkar bara vara de översta våningarna som används och stort renoveringsbehov på resten.

Comfortable and clean

Very clean hotel and room with good service. The breakfast was great with lots of variety for Chinese and American cuisine. The rooms were very large. The bed was amazing!
