「The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). 「No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid. The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more.」
