La posizione è buona ma un po' isolata rispetto ad altri servizi (ristoranti, locali, attrazioni, ecc) che devono essere tutti raggiunti in macchina, traffico permettendo, perché nelle "ore di punta" è abbastanza difficoltoso muoversi sulle strade montane. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. 「The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms. However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed. 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks 3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer...

「Bedsheets had holes, Hotel is very down and we need to go down a steep passage to reach hotel. 25 minutes from Shimla Railway Station. 15 Minutes from Mall Road.」

「Fantastic location but very difficult to find as Hotels.com reported it as being in Shimla, rather than the reality of being 20km distant. Also not so impressed after difficult 16 hour journey from Delhi (holiday traffic and minor landslips following monsoon rain) to be told at midnight by reception that there was no booking. Strength of following 'discussion' eventually proved we did indeed have a booking. Rooms and hotel facilities very tired now when once must have been special. But still...
