「Nice location, in centre of town, very near beach, but quiet too. Friendly and good value. Nearby is Joe's Cafe for excellent coffee and hot and cold snacks freshly made. On main street nearby there is great place to get laundry done, very good quality and price. Top Star I think it is called. Also very friendly and nice tea shop next to it. 「Der Pool ist in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Fliesen sind locker oder fehlen. Das Wasser stinkt. Die Stufen zum herauskommen waren am letzten Tag gesperrt, weil sie nicht mehr vorhandenen waren. Die Liegen am Pool sind am auflösen und zerfallen. Bei einer Liege war der Schaumstoff frei, nur mit einer Art grünem dreckigem Bettlaken oder Bezug bezogen, andere Liegen waren am zusammen fallen. 「Would have given excellent all round if they werent upgrading the a/c dining room which meant meals were served in the outdoor cafe which was full of flies. They did their best and gave us room service. Pool was excellent」

「Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. The security head has some attitude and not fair to KA cars. The place has secure feeling and had a great sleep. Overall good experience. There are many very good 5 stars around and restaurants...

「Hotel is a new hotel, so in a good condition. This feedback is for the owner for betterment of the business, not necessarily a criticism. Generally speaking staff is good too. However, the staff needs better training. The hotel room layout and design needs improvement, we had sewage smell in the room which was due to the exhaust - due to room insulation the exhaust would suck the air out of the drainage.
