「I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 」

「Location」

「Our family of four stayed here for two nights. It is a traditional building that is over 100 years old. Returning from the bustle of Jaipur city and entering the room through the courtyard, we found a quiet, spacious, and wonderfully atmospheric space. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Located close to Jaipur's sightseeing areas, it was a truly perfect stay. Thank you.」

「What a beautiful hotel. A hidden oasis among the chaos of Jaipur. The staff was absolutely lovely, caring and always looking to make your stay the best possible. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of me. I will be back and recommend this place to anybody who wants comfort, beauty and peace in Jaipur.」

「Check on bathroom fittings and maintain them otherwise everything else is good」

「Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...

「Room was spacious and comfortable, staff was courteous and also gave us an early check in. Location was also near hawa Mahal and easily reachable.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Fern Residency in Jaipur. The rooms are modern, immaculately clean and all amenities provided. Staff is prompt, attentive and efficient. The restaurant food is top quality and delicious.」

「The rooms are all right. The management is not considerate and the lobby is not clean with flies and dust all over and dogs to add to the mix」

「Extremely friendly staff, will come back again. Good location 」

「Great」

「 This hotel was great for our family of four. Our plane didn’t land until 12 am and so we had contacted our the hotel to let them know around 3 pm that day. When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms. Yet that very next morning it was already sorted out before we woke up! They had our right room ready and we’re wanting to move us immediately. My husband and I went to walk...
