Take advantage of the taxi service provided in order to aboid getting lost in the winding alleys that make up the Old City. Its unlike anything youve seen in a good way. Place is loaded with history character and beauty. 」

「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」

「The Residence Stine - this one was difficult to judge. Yes it ticks all the boxes but it’s not a hotel per se - it’s a large house converted into a 9 room bed & breakfast. So lacks the full hotel services. HOWEVER, the hotel is located in a residential area 200m-300m up quite a steep incline on a narrow cobbled street. Elderly & infirm - BEWARE! Cars can’t come anywhere near the property so you are on your own dragging your suitcase(s) up & down so bear this in mind. However, having said...

Tiffani the host was very knowledgeable and helped us organize our excursions and even walked us to an amazing restaurant near by. She helped organize a taxi service to the airport after a fun filled day with a local who was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Book with Tiffani! 「Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great 」

「The staff of hotel is good and friendly, they come out to the lift lobby for helping me to pick up the luggage. Also the location is great and many restaurants around. However, there has a pub in ground floor and a bit noisy, I can heard the music even I stay in 3rd floor, but the noise was stopped around midnight. 」

「Room was nice and clean….many places to eat, bakeries and a grocery store in the corner. It was near the main square. A personal welcome from the host was a great touch, we did not have to struggle with a lock box like most apartments.」

「Little tricky to find at first, as it's IN the palace and the door isn't especially obvious until you see it. Once you're there it's a fantastic spot, couldn't be closer to the center of everything in that area and the hosts are wonderful.」
