Our room was beautiful & very clean. The host was really welcoming & helpful, answering any questions we had also. The air conditioning wasn't great and sometimes wouldn't turn on. The hallway had a funny smell too. Aside from these minor things i'd definitely stay again, very close to everything and beautiful.

Great place to stay perfect location

Great location and communication they helped us when we got locked out. the room is perfect for a couple close to everything . There are quite a few stairs which was a nice exercise after meals .

Beautiful historic area. Clean and comfortable room. 48 stairs to the room - but you can't escape that in Croatia. We were were happy with the room, the bed and the hosts. It was a little difficult to find in old town, but once there, the location couldn't be beat.

Apartment was tucked away in the lovely old town of Split within the ruins of the 4th century Diocletian palace. It has myriads of streets and alleyways going in all directions, all close to the water and with great views. The old town features many bars and restaurants and there are tempting bakeries and gelataria as well as higher end clothing stores and a โ€œ duck boutiqueโ€. All within very easy walking distance of our apartment. A great place to spend a few days.

Excellent location. Not a great smell in the stairwell, kinda fishy, probably from the restaurant next door but the rooms didnโ€™t smell thankfully. Noise from the street from the bars and restaurants but with windows closed it was totally fine. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place in a middle of the Old Town. We got a well renowned and furnished room on the second floor. Bed was big and very comfortable. Bathroom was relatively small but without claustrophobic. Like all; including perfect communication with the manager/owner. The place doesnโ€™t serve breakfast but next to the apartment there are lots of restaurants.

Nice place, noisy though.

Our Le Premier Room was very nice, comfortable, clean and attractive. The main problem we experienced was that it is very noisy at night with a loud bar and pizza place right next to the building. The noise went on till at least midnight. Also, know that you have to carry your bags up three flights of stairs to get to the room. If youโ€™re willing to do that itโ€™s a nice place to stay, especially if you close the windows. Air conditioning was good.

We stayed in deluxe double room number 5 which was right at the top of the building. The room was very clean and modern, and the spa pool on the balcony was a very nice touch. Bed was comfy. Air con worked well. Shower could be improved though. Do watch out for your head, lots of low ceiling points to hit your head on if you're tall. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to a road for a drop off point. Bring cash for the city tax and cleaning fee. Overall a lovely stay.

Lovely wiew from balcony and the hot tub was excellent. Room had good bed and air conditioning, host was super friendly and gave us all the important info about the city. Definately will be back again.

My wife and I just loved this place! Close to a private beach. Room had a nice view! Juliana was great! Everyone one who works the is a family member. Great restaurant next store! We definitely stay there again.

Good location on the edge of old Town Split. Don't have to walk too far to get to it. 3 stories of steps to walk up, which is typical of old Town. Least impressed with plumbing in shower of suite 5, seems there is no p-trap installed as bathroom was full of sewer gasses. Not acceptable for the price paid and not rocket science to correct this.

Property was nice and clean and in great location Only downside there is a terrible smell as you enter the building and it appears the side street the property is on is where everyone congregates and parties at night . Once in the room the smell does disappear and the noise stops at about 1.30 , if you close the bathroom door , noise not so bad .

Romantic apartment beautifully presented

The apartment was within the palace walls. It was beautifully presented and was spacious. The location was brilliant and convenient. We would definately stay here again - the only downside was you could here people coming home late at night into the apartment. The stairs are wooden so maybe carpet would be better & a more soundproof door. Again it being an old building you could hear people moving about above you & trying to get into their safes (perhaps need quiter ones) once i put ear plugs in it was fine - as mentioned its a very old but beautiful building

Room is beautiful- no view but lovely room and shower. Lots of windows which were great. Management was elusive and not helpful at all. Worst part was the noise. It appears to be located in the partiest part of the town with loud music and yelling from nearby restaurants until the wee hours of the morning. This was shortly followed by local businesses getting ready for their day banging bottles and dragging carts. The location was amazing and like I said the room was beautiful but just be aware of the pitfalls.
