"Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful and worked very hard to make our time there feel special. Breakfast is great and a beautiful patio on the water - perfect way to start the day. Spa was also very nice. If you are staying in Novigrad this is absolutely the best place to stay!"

"Our first trip to Croatia. We stayed for a week during very hot weather. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent. The a/c in the room was great and accommodation all very comfortable. We loved the vibe in Novigrad and ate at a few of the restaurants, just a short walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely park you can walk to where there is easy access to swim in the sea. We had free parking at the hotel and had days out inPorec, umag and rovinj."

"Room was spacious, had a double bed plus camp bed. Tv, balcony looked onto green space which was welcome in the heat. Bathroom was small. Breakfast buffet excellent, dinner was well presented, a good choice. Nice surprise to have received lunchtime snack. Bar light and comfy or able to sit on the veranda over looking the pool or the cove entrance in the distance. Car park was full when I arrived, but 200m away there is a large “overspill” car park so this was welcome. Staff friendly and many families. Facilities nearby include bars, restaurants and sporting facilities."

The hotel is very close to the sea, though distances differ depending on your room number. There were many enjoyable evening activities, both for adults and for children. We recommend this hotel!"

"We spent a lovely holiday here and overall the campsite left a very good impression. It’s a large, attractive site that is kept genuinely clean — the sanitary facilities, common areas and grounds were well maintained throughout our stay, which for a place of this size is no small achievement. Where we felt there is room for improvement is the accommodation itself. The mobile homes are of average quality and would benefit from renovation. The balcony doors in ours were falling apart and kept coming off their rails, the sofa inside was visibly worn out, and there weren’t enough sun loungers for the number of guests the unit sleeps. There is also almost no shelving inside, so we had to keep most of our clean clothes in bags for the whole stay — a few simple shelves or a wardrobe would make a big difference. Our one real concern was the medical point and its limited opening hours. During our stay there was a serious accident on site with no doctor present; the ambulance arrived only after a considerable delay. Our own son suffered a fracture and again there was no medical staff available on the campsite. With this many guests, we think a doctor or paramedic should be on call 24 hours a day. That single change would raise the standard of the whole site. Otherwise: clean, tidy, well run and a beautiful location. With updated mobile homes and round-the-clock medical cover, this would be an excellent place to return to."

"Location and site is perfect but service is bad there is no access by car to the hotel reception nor a shuttle or laggage pick up from the parking you have to carry your laggage from the parking back and forth on open door area around 200 meter to go to the front desk and stuff are not really helpful no coffee and water complementary offered in the room"
