「This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here.」

「This was a great little hideaway right in the heart of Rovijn. Very quiet, well appointed, modern vibe to the apartment. Warning: steep hill and stairs to property - must walk with your luggage!」

「The property itself is cute and it is located in a very good Place in the old town right on the edge it is older but well-maintained. The only downside to this property is you have to pay a lot for parking and at night it can be very busy cause just blow your window is a restaurant bar that can be noisy sometimes」

「The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. 」

Can be a bit noisy at night due to bar in front but location is good close to restaurants water front etc. The apartment would benefit from regular maintenance as we felt many things were about to break or were fixed temporarily. 「Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit. 」
