"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked about the laundry machines not working, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. I also requested an extra pillow and was simply told “no” without any effort to accommodate or offer alternatives. "The Hotel was comfortable, nice with a friendly,helpful staff. The location was inconvenient, far away from activities or choice of dinning. The main road was very busy, not noisy however making it difficult to cross the road at times. The best part of this hotel is the sea wall blvd. Breathtaking views , you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the wall. "

"Well when we got there we were informed that they no longer served breakfast which was one of my reasons for picking the place. The fitness gym only had one working machine. The room was comfortable although the tv was small and the pool was nice although where the gate to get in is anyone could just go in it. House keeping were very nice. It was an ok stay but i doubt if we will ever stay here again "

"We loved the ocean view and breakfast was delicious! It's under construction right now, but they were very accommodating with teaming up with the hotel next door for their Continental breakfast. Very satisfied! "
