「1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. Hotel garden is exactly the same as the pictures shown on the website. Very relax and beautiful landscape. 3. Spacious room, very big. After our stay in Venice, this seems a different world. 4. 「An excellent experience for my honeymoon vacation! Cozy, warm and felt full of passion from every staffs here. Great breakfast atmosphere and helped us to reach our requirements precisely and fast. We are highly recommend this hotel for staying in Firenze.」

「The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.」

「Perfect location and wonderful historical building」

「WI-FI service was down for 2 days and the air conditioner is not cool enough」
