Very nice place in the centre of town. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room was exactly as advertised , spacious with a great view overlooking the river and old town. If i go back to Florence i would happily stay here again.

Location was perfect. Can walk everywhere with lots of markets, restaurants and shopping. Very clean, with maid service every day. Room a good size, though bathroom a bit small. Would staithete again. Close to train station.

The Torre del Cestello had the "Room with a View" (complete with garden below) that I had been dreaming of for my first visit to Florence. The desk staff were all pleasant, helpful, and set me up with a map and suggestions when I checked in. There was easy access in and out of the room. Quiet but incredibly convenient location.

I had an amazing stay! My room was great - spacious and clean - and the view from my room was incredible! I also found it to be in a great location - the walk from the train station was easy, and it’s close to the main attractions while also being far enough away to be a little quiet.
