「The person that checked me in acted like I was imposing on her time. She was neither friendly nor was she rude, I wished I had made reservations at a different hotel. The staff was very cordial & helpful with doors, directions, etc. but the woman at the desk doesn’t need to be the face of Hampton Inn at Gallopolis Ohio」
「Pro’s-The staff was wonderful, the room was spacious and probably the cleanest I had ever stayed in.
Con’s - When you have more than one person staying in a room you really need two night stands or something that can be used as an extra table. Example my husband needs a table for his cpap, phone and medication on his side and I need a table for my medication, water and phone on my side.
Another con was the lack of outlets for electronics. Beautiful redone rooms but only one outlet on each...
「Property was clean, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was just okay. My main issue was the room was small and there was not enough light, neither in the room nor the bathroom. Finishes were also of lesser quality like they cut corners to make this a “cheaper” hotel.」
「The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. The beds are not great and the pillows were not good at all. I’m happy with the cleanliness though and staff was nice.」
