We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff.

Martina, at reception, was outstanding. We had to switch hotels because of construction work and she handled the switch easily. The room was excellent and we have no complaints at all

The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift.

We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service.

The room is as very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome. Outside our door was a palazzo. We were right in old town. If you drive, call ahead to get the address of the parking lot as it’s only 2 euros a day.

Esperienza unica!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Palazzo Presta per 5 notti ed é stata una sorpresa positiva: il personale é stato cordiale e gentilissimo oltre ad essere molto disponibile. La nostra camera era una suite ispirata ad un bazaar, con due letti singoli ed un matrimoniale; la stana era spaziosa, luminosa ed accogliente, i letti comodissimi e la tv dotata di Youtube e Netflix (olte a PrimeVideo e tante altre piattaforme) idem il bagno, spazioso e dotato di una fantastica doccia. La pulizia é stata anch'essa impeccabile e giornaliera. La colazione é abbondante, sia dolce che salata e con una vasta gamma di scelta, ovviamente di ottima qualitá e la terrazza dedicata ad essa raffinata e confortevole. Inoltre il solarium al terzo piano era un ottimo luogo in cui riposarsi dopo una giornata di mare oppure un ottimo punto in cui guadare le stelle e il panorama della costa del Salento. In conclusione é stata una permanenza davvero piacevole, sicuramente da ripetere in uno dei posti piú belli della penisola italiana. Davvero complimenti ancora! All'hotel ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

Très mauvais hôtel. Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Les +: situé au cœur historique de la ville. Tout se fait à pied. C’est le seul point positif. Les -: - L’hôtel ne propose pas de place de parking. Attention donc si vous êtes en voiture. Trouver une place à Lecee relève de l’exploit! - chambre très très bruyante: vous vivez au rythme des autres chambres. Très très mal insonorisés. La nuit est courte. - chambre peu lumineuse (les fenêtres sont très petites) - très difficile d’avoir quelqu’un à la réception. Souvent personne pour vous répondre ou vous donner de serviettes pour la piscine - piscine: la piscine est vieillissante. Mais le pire ce sont les matelas autour: peu ou pas d’entretien à coup sûr! - petit déjeuner limité à 3 ingrédients. C’est très très léger. Bref, le prix n’est pas justifié. Très déçus de cette adresse que nous ne recommandons pas.

Great staff and amazing rooms. The breakfast was good and cooked to order. Our half board option was worth every penny. The only negative was some stone dust on the roof of our 4 poster bed. Finding the hotel can be tricky, just a small brass plaque outside.

Hotel changed date w.out consent and charged fully

I did book a stay in the hotel 4 months prior arrival. One week before I was informed that they have cancelled my reservation and replace with new dates (w.out my consent). So I had to book another hotel on short notice and higher cost. To make the thing worse the hotel still charged me for the room. So I can only warn you about this hotel as you might find yourself paying for a room you did not book!
