" Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. "We had a great time in Gallipoli and it was in part to the wonderful family that took care of us as if we were their family. The owners Raffaella, Giuseppe and Ferdinando were amazing. We had a really pleasant stay - Marina helped out us with a lot of recommendations and restaurant reservation. The breakfast box in the morning was very delicious. And there are so many details and provided things like oil, pasta, coffee, drinks and so on, which is free of use. Even a washing machine if necessary. I can really recommend this...

"The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. A lovely swimming pool to relax during the day but the sun beds are limited. The hotel location is quiet as it’s a few miles away from Gallipoli, however we appreciated this as it is a lively place. A car is needed to explore the area and the local beaches."

"The location was perfect in my opinion. On the main street right near the bridge to the old town. The old town is too inconvenient and touristy and crowded for an extended stay (I was there for a week), so I was glad to be just outside of it. The hotel could be reached by taxi or tour van and there are many shops and restaurants along this stretch. The hotel has a modern appearance and some comfortable chairs out front, like a front porch, which is a nice touch. On the other hand, there were certain negatives. Although the reception staff was always helpful and cheerful, the rest of the staff was much less so. The woman at breakfast seemed to loom judgingly as I selected my food, as though it were coming out of her salary, and the room cleaners were always a bit annoyed. They were also not very efficient and although they came in the room almost every day, they worked haphazardly. The elevator broke down after 3 or 4 days and was still broken when I left. The shower was cheap plastic and narrower than necessary. The TV only sometimes worked and then very badly."

"we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this. l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome. Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient."

"This hotel was our saviour after a bad experience on another holiday booking app. We booked last minute and they were the kindest, helpful and friendliest staff you could imagine. Especially Flavia. Great location, spotlessly clean, good air con, parking free down the road but limited but they do offer paid parking outside for €12 a day. You can walk to the old town in 10 mins. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, Lavish gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, she went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would 100% return here."
