"The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts...

"Absolutely loved my stay and wish I stayed in Florence longer than I did to enjoy the hotel. Loved the location as it was two stops on the tram from the train station then you hop right off the tram and cross the street and boom, you there. The vibe was amazing, so many great spots to work around the grounds, it had a little cafe, restaurant, roof top pool/bar, a co-working area (that I fully took advantage of) and even a tattoo parlor. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and I can’t wait to do...
