「The view of the harbour from our room was great and the location to restaurants etc was very good. On street parking was hard to find. Room was very dated which I sort of expected. Linens need to be replaced and washed more effectively and area carpet was stained and tired. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Room came equipped with milk and creamers in the fridge as well as real glasses and mugs instead of paper and plastic. Nice touch.」

「Hand rail going up and down the stairs was missing. Making it very unsafe. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. When we arrived one of the beds looked like it had been sat on. Needless to say, we ended up leaving and not staying the night. Even though we had paid.」

「The front staff gave us the wrong hours for the breakfast so that was disappointing. We missed it. The bathroom, grout and the shower needs to be cleaned. There was no water in the room however I would like to pay Sandra a huge compliment because she was in the kitchen cleaning up from after the breakfast and yet she still let us get some stuff and she’s very friendly very cordial.
