「Loved our stay. Food was amazing but the service in the evening in the bistro was very very very slow. 30 minutes to get our first cocktail and 1 hour for our first course. Was not crowded 😳」

「We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and have yet to hear back from a Manager regarding the numerous complaints we had with the service experienced. To begin with, I will note the positives: Clean room Friendly staff Beautiful views Now the negatives: Upon checking into our room at 7pm (following a telephone conversation had earlier in the morning regarding our children and dog joining us) we discovered that the extra beds were not in our room ready for our children to sleep on....

「Ugh, what a disaster! So, I booked this place for two nights, right? Get there, and the main door to the key lockbox is jammed shut. Called the host like fifteen times, and nada—no answer. Had to scramble to find another place 'cause my girlfriend's pregnant, and we couldn't just hang around. To top it off, they wouldn't give me a refund! Had to fight it through my bank. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. No one answers, and it feels like a total scam. 」

「Friendly staff, unbeatable location.. dropped in off the coast path from Mullion.. room had everything needed and window open for the sound of the sea. Great breakfast and excellent nights sleep. Thanks 」

「Pleasant stay, Kernow House was as advertised and communication from the owners for key locations, etc were great. Location wise, it's in town, so don't expect view, but it a very convenient, short walk from the Harbour which what we wanted. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise good」

「Accomodation was perfect. A hidden gem. Sunday Roast is amazing. Breakfast freshly cooked to order. Will definitely use the Coach & Horses at Rosugeon again. 」

「Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

「Darren at reception was really lovely, the lady who served us breakfast in the morning was very lovely and accommodating. The hotel dog ran up to us barking as we were leaving, which was a bit alarming. The bedroom was simple and clean. Unfortunately the hotel has an awful smell, even in the bedrooms, like damp or mouldy carpets. A bee was in our room, luckily my husband was able to get it out. I appreciate it is an old historic building, but a deep clean and refresh of the carpets might help.」

「We only stayed one night. Family of 4 in a family garden room. Lovely room! Huge!! Could do with being updated but it will not stop us booking again. The only thing that stuck out was breakfast, I had a decafe tea and my husband had pot of coffee. It wasn’t very nice at all (I feel it was the cheaper tea bags and coffee?) The cooked breakfast was delicious and the waiting staff very helpful. Maybe some more pastries on offer would be amazing!! We enjoyed our one night very much. Thank you 」

「Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again」

「Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.」
