"Lovely big room, very light. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Quiet and convenient location.
Lots of niggles but still a good rating.
Very hot in the room - as only one small window could open. There was a fan but can't really have that going all night.
Confusing labelling is it KRS hotel or Q24?
We needed an app called JustIN not Duve as told in advance. I hate having to rely on my phone like that. This was needed to open the door from the street, door to corridor and door to room. It meant I was worried about battery life on my phone all day. Make sure you give each guest's phone number then everyone can use their phone as a key.
There were no instructions or information in the room about anything.
We didn't know how to lock the door so had to phone up via the app. Other questions asked via the app, email or Expedia were not answered, including please add guest 2 phone number.
No daily house keeping as advertised - not needed but would be nice if bin was emptied.
Great to have a kettle. But there was only decaf coffee, no ordinary coffee and no tea bags provided.
No idea where garden was, but location is opposite the river with lovely seating area.
Confused listings and signage about restaurant when you are inside the building. There may have been one in the building but we didn't find it open. Not sure it's there to serve breakfast for the 11 bedrooms. But some previous reviews said there was breakfast.
As I said these were all small niggles on a great start."
