「Nice boutique hotel in a great location. On the edge of the old town beside one of the main bridges. The ice skating rink was across the road for Christmas. Nice bar adjacent which creates so atmosphere around reception. Good room with very good facilities. I would stay again!

「Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...
