「Lovely hotel....very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated lobby, breakfast buffet had variety of choices...good food...pool and hot tub very nice...pool area included some very comfy chairs as well as standard pool chairs..Room was clean and pleasant...would definitely go back.」

「Great stay. Had a minor issue that was addressed immediately. Dead door battery, the manager came and changed it right then. Great place in town.」

「This was our fifth visit to Sweetwater Branch Inn. Three times we were in the Cushman-Colson house, and twice in the McKenzie house. We were planning to stay in a cottage but it was not available at the last minute. We always feel so welcome here. It is walking distance to several restaurants and a park. We love to stay here when travelling through Gainesville for the individual, unique rooms in these historic, lovingly restored mansions. The grounds are beautiful and I often enjoy the outdoor...

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
