"Cheap stay in Jackson. Several quick places to eat at walking distance. Room was very clean, shower was hot and had good pressure. Just taking off some stars, as front desk gave me a key for an occupied room with somebody inside! Also it looked like there was no sound barrier between my ground level room and the room above me. It was insane how much I could hear from the guest upstairs walking all the time, close to midnight and then at 7am. Also huge gap on the bottom of the door that separates two rooms. I ended up putting a bath towels to close it. Would stay again, but I'd ask for a room with no neighbours, up or beside me."

"This is a MOTEL directly off the interstate. It's not fancy, clean, or exceptionally safe. It's a novelty rest stop when you're on a road trip with your partner. If you take that into consideration, you will have a great experience."

"Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson."

"Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "
