「Always an excellent choice when we have to stay the night in san jose. The steakhiuse isbawesome. Breakfast is included and lovely. Rooms are beautiful.」

「We were really disappointed with our stay. Staff were very unhelpful. Hallways not clean. Given a room with a view of garbage cans and gas tanks. Another guest arrived on a red eye at 10 am and was told her room would not be ready until 2pm! Far from airport. Very limited ameneties, not even conditioner or enough towels. Will not stay here again 」

「Margarita greeted us warmly and showed us our room. The resort has seen better days especially the pool area. The bed was comfy with nice linen but the kitchen needed a good clean. Luckily we didn’t need to use it. A breakfast was offered with various options. This is fine for a brief overnight stay. 」

「Rented Delux room with A/C. Bed mattress was almost rock hard and made sleeping uncomfortable, Shower control handles were difficult to operate and water pressure and hot water changed constantly during shower time. We were not able to stay for free breakfast, but coffee was available:wrapped muffin was soft and and almost tasteless. 」

「Staff was friendly! The AC worked great. The complimentary breakfast was not bad. Their water, orange juice and coffee tasted great. The rest Taxi is not $4 like the hotel stated from the airport to here. It’s $10 or more, I got them to bring it down to $10. My friend said the same thing when she came from the airport to here as well. They told her $10…for less than 5 min away which is a ripoff. 」

「This hotel was amazing, first we had done 2 different reservations (we added a night after), the second night we booked was a suite and the receptionist put us both nights in the suite which we really appreciated of him. Then the room was very clean and all what you need was present. The breakfast was very tasty, the buffet had enough options. A clear safe choice for a starting point in Costa Rica! 」
