「房間乾淨舒適，大小在日本來說算很大間，還有一間更衣室可以曬衣服，洗衣機、廚房設備也很齊全。走去地鐵站不會很遠，從新宿坐公車到公寓門口大概20分鐘。缺點是附近的地鐵-中野富士見町，大部分的地鐵要在中野坂上轉車，才能去新宿，有時候要花點時間等車。」

「The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. 」

「First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself. However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival. On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that...

「附近為住宅街區環境清幽食市選擇足夠但不算豐富，房間相對狹窄，放了張雙人大床後沒有地方放行李和沒有地方整理雜物，所有活動都在床上。」

「部屋に着いたら冷房が効いていて涼しかったです！こちらの不備で連絡のやり取りがうまくいかずチェックインに苦戦しましたが、すぐに電話対応していただき、安心しました。」

「Highly recommend Kizen Villa! Location was great, very close to the subway station that can take you right into Shinjuku and other popular parts of Tokyo. The facility was very clean and the staff was so kind. We stayed as a family of 5 and it had all the amenities and space we needed. This location would be great for groups too. 」

「Fantastically maintained property. Great local access to train station, food and shops. Previous reviews noted noise complaints but we didn’t have any issues. Great place to stay with a family of 5!!」

「The room is too small and definitely not enough space for place 3 beds there. There is no any spec between each bed and Then it only has a very narrow hallway you even couldn’t open the languages. 」

「Family friendly and quiet, 8 minutes walk to the station and close to Nakano city station. Host was able to communicate in English and made our stay comfortable..」
