「Within walking distance from metro Interdente station and good morning walk of 20 minutes to Hard Rock Cafe (day tour meeting point). We had dinner on the first day but really not enjoyed. Good breakfast though. Bath ropes were provided on the day of check in. As we stayed for seven days, we asked for replacement after two days. But to our disappointment, we were told that it was out of stock . 」

The highlight however was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The main receptionist Ruth went above and beyond for us in dealing with lost luggage an illness and securing restaurant reservations as well as a driver. Book it now before it’s too late. 」

「This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. 「First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped...
