"Clean, good breakfast!"

"Everything is dirty starting at the elevators. Smells like stale cigarette smoke. My king suite had two bathrooms each with drop ceilings…..covering mold. Sticky spots on carpet to the point where I couldn’t take my shoes off. A broken window had been taped along the crack. Everything was just nasty. "

"The “heated pool was ice cold. Too cold to use. The coffee maker was not compatible with the pods. I had to hold the lid down forcibly the entire brewing time because it would pop up and kick off. Check in line was huge and only one person working on a Friday afternoon! No meat at breakfast! Elevator floors were dirty including a used plastic glove on the floor both days. If using stairs to go to a relative’s room on first floor I had to exit the building and then re-enter."

"We were greeted by Justin at 10pm and he was so friendly and welcoming. We were offered two complimentary bottles of water, when in our room we received a text message from Justin to let us know if we needed anything through the night to contact him. When we entered the room the TV said WECOME RHONDA on the screen…fun! The room and bathroom were so clean, plenty of towels, shampoos and such all provided. Beds were awesome! Breakfast was wonderful offering something for everyone in a nice common area. Free parking and reasonable rates and centrally located to many amenities and a WalMart right across the street. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Omaha! "
