"I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do so and I would give them at least an 8.5 over a five star rating!! Keep up the good work holiday in and express Personnel and staff!"

"The gals at the front desk were amazing! So friendly and accommodating for our group of 8 women in town for a play. We were able to check in early and they let us use a boardroom to gather and play cards in the afternoon. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was fresh and hot. It’s going to be our new favorite place to stay in Omaha! "

"My stay at this property was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. Housekeeping is only provided every two weeks, which already raises concerns about basic hygiene standards. In addition, the front desk area had a persistent odor suggestive of a plumbing issue, which made the environment unpleasant from the outset. More seriously, I experienced repeated insect bites throughout my stay. Initially, I did not realize the cause, but by the third night I discovered there were bed bugs on the bed. I was able to kill a few and document them with photographs. When I reported this to management, my concerns were dismissed. I was told the evidence I provided was not valid, and no meaningful effort was made to investigate or address the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the final night of my stay despite the room being uninhabitable. This experience reflects a troubling lack of concern for guest health, safety, and basic customer care. I am seriously considering reporting this incident to the appropriate regulatory authorities to ensure that proper inspection, sanitation, and pest control measures are enforced to protect future guests. I would strongly caution others before choosing to stay at this property."

"The room was not clean when we arrived. We actually opted to go get a vacuum cleaner and do the floors ourselves. We couldn’t even walk on the carpet because it was disgusting We also used a washcloth to clean off the tables, the end tables by the TV and the beds. And the tub paint had been chipped and repainted and chipping again ….looks horrible. Around the toilet on the floor was not cleaned. We only had two towels for two people and only one washcloth. The floors in the elevator were horrible. It smelled in the hallways. Breakfast was less than desirable.. Not what you expect from a comfort Inn for sure."
