Very solid hotel, and great for a solo traveler especially. The ceiling in the onsen area looked a bit worse for ware, as well as the elevator carpet. Otherwise though very nice place, helpful staff, and a very enjoyable experience. The onsen itself was lovely.

The hotel was a bit outdated, but well maintained and clean. Amenities were thoughtful and easy to find. We were invited to help ourselves to combs, hair ties, cotton pads, and extra yukatas to borrow. LThere was a sauna, jet bath, and an outside bath overlooking the ocean(roten buro). Staff were courteous and helpful. I was glad choosing the option including the breakfast, which was amazing, and had a variety of traditional Japanese, American, and dessert foods.

リファのシャワーヘッドがすごくよかった
ドライアーも部屋に置いてあるものもリファだったのにはびっくり
ボディソープだけぬるぬるしててちょっと好みではない
朝市のお店18件と契約しているのでその18件の中から好みの朝ごはんを選びその店が閉店するまでに行けばいいというシステム
朝早起きしなくて朝ごはんと昼を兼用できた
エアコンの音が少しうるさかったのと、壁が薄いのか、ちょっと隣の話し声が気になった
エレベーターが少し遅い

"Hotel Tappi is an outstanding place to stay to relax and enjoy the scenic view of the ocean bay. Superb food choice for dinner. The Japanese onsen was great and relaxing for a stress-free stay. My family and I plan on coming again next year to stay and enjoy the surrounding area."
