Hotel New Otani Hakata
The hotel was the best one we had in Japan with all staff courteous, helpful and good at speaking English. Importantly there was plenty of place for the luggages in the room which is rare! It was very well located.

Nishitetsu Grand Hotel
The staff outside of the hotel and the parking staff are not helpful , not helping to move the luggage to the car for two old ladies until we ask for help.
