easy to travel everywhere ... the bus stop is just in front of the hotel ... and the others are just near the intersection ... the rooms are good but the beds are too spring ... the pillows are too thick and too hard ... the size of the rooms are acceptable...

Recommended hotel
Amazing stay. We just walked to some places to visit such as canal city mall, river cruise and don quijote tenjin. In front of the hotel is the buss stop going to hakata station. Hotel room assigned was at the old building, only issue was we could hear some noise from other rooms but it was tolerable as it is Japan, very civilized country. Room was very clean, didn't see a dust or dirt. We only had 2 bottles of water for 3days and we didn't ask if they they provide.we just used the kettle to boil and that was where we drink water from. Robe is provided. supplies are in the hotel lobby, self service. With comb, hair tie, cotton buds, disposable bath towel, tea bags, etc. Had free breakfast. Food was good, we enjoyed it.

The hotel room is pretty spacious and the staff weee all well-mannered. However, the location is not quite centrally located. I had to take quite a long walk to Tenjin Station. Also, there are not enough choices of food in the breakfast buffet. Other than that, everything eas good.

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and instantly checked if my room was already clean. Upon paying a small extra fee I could have my room already at 11 in the morning. They have a great coffee house next door. Don’t forget that one

I stayed here for two nights...property is in good location but the room where I stay was very dark...light was not efficient... The front desk didn’t inform me that the room cleaning service is till 1.30 pm...so I can’t avail room cleaning service... Breakfast item was very less...

Great hotel, great location!
A great location. Clean, basic, comfortable rooms with daily housekeeping, TV and great WiFi. The room was provided with ample towels and a wonderful selection of free toiletries. The breakfast was wonderful and served in the hotel's on site bistro. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was ideally situated with plenty of amenities and restaurants located within minutes of the front doors. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the Tenjin area with a main subway stop and many bus stops located on the streets just outside. Overall a very enjoyable stay for an amazing trip to Fukuoka. Thank you!

Value for money business hotel
It is a value for money business hotel in Watanabe next to subway and airport bus stop. Breakfast includes in the package which saves a lot (original costs ¥1300/ person).Major department stores are 1 stop away. Good stay!

quite big compare to other hotel in japan
didn’t know didn’t ask if there’s fitness. had couple days, so i spend most time exploring the city. the room was clean and neat. quite big for the price. will stay here again if i come back to fukuoka.

Excellent place to stay, would stay again
I was here on a relatively long-term stay. The service and facilities were excellent and I would recommend them. The location is a short bus or cheap taxi ride from Hakata station. The hotel is conveniently located and there are a number of excellent restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby vicinity. It is also a six minute walk from Tenjin. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Several were fluent in English. Whenever I had an odd request, they were always willing to help or point me in the right direction. The room itself was comfortable, though a bit dated. It is also quite spacious. I was able to put two large luggages at the foot of the bed and still have room to move around next to it. Very good for Japan. The wifi was great. Didn't have one problem in ten days. The bathroom is also quite good. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant breakfast and dinner were great. The breakfast buffet has a large option of western and Japanese food, all made on site. The dinner had good set menus and a full bar. I didn't try the lunch. Overall, this was an excellent hotel. Very reasonable, friendly staff, very convenient location. It served my purpose well and expect it would serve most travelers well also. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was fairly clean, one or two areas hadn't been dusted in a while. A good firm bed. The "wardrobe" such as it was, was not really big enough for anything more than a couple of shirts and a pair of trousers. The room I had was in the annex and was a little dated. A small, but functional, bathroom. More of a businessman's hotel than somewhere for tourists, especially judging by the people I saw at breakfast

Great Location & Good Breakfast
I was surprised upon checkin that our room came with free breakfast. Check-in was swift. We did miss our breakfast the first morning because we overslept and when I rushed down to the cafe at 10:15am everything was already cleared. The next morning I made sure I was there by 9:30am and the breakfast was really good. I love the rice, numerous Japanese preserved veggies, smoked mackarel and salmon, miso soup, eggs, bacon, sausage and many others. They also had fruits, fruit juices, coffee and tea. Hotel location is walkable to Hakata Station (1.4km) and Tenjin (1.). Lots of shopping centers along Tenjin and Hakata Station. Very convinient to ride the bus everywhere.
