The rooms are very clean and modern. Great amenities, including onsen on site. Very convenient location next to the bus terminal, and a free shuttle to Kawaguchiko station. Also free access to the amusement park and a discounted day pass for the rides added to the value. The reason I gave 4 stars is the buffet breakfast. It was catering more to Chinese patrons, rather than Western, and had less Japanese options that I'd definitely preferred traveling in Japan.

This hotel is next to the Fuji-Q amusement park. If you get the particular room you can see Mount Fuji. Lots of additional amenities for those up on the higher floors.

Our room is great with panorama Fuji view. Staff are all very nice with a great service mind. Huge selection of reakfast buffet. You can see a big Fuji at the breakfast restaurant. Very close to Fuji Q amusement park but not so convenience to go to Fuji sightseeing areas as it's quite far. Overall recommended!

Hotel provides a shuttle to many popular attractions in the area as well as the train station. It’s a blue shuttle if you are looking for it at the train station. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk if you choose to not use the shuttle. Convenient and super high tech shop in the hotel to purchase food, drinks and several souvenirs. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our travels in Japan. Such an incredible variety. Hotel rooms included slippers and pajamas. Hotel included visits to the onsen which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of travel. Super helpful and understanding staff!

Love this hotel very much! Everything is perfect. Great breakfast buffet, onsen was heaven, free shuttle bus to kawaguchiko station, Fuji Q amusement park is so so close that’s why we chose this hotel and we loved it.

Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, rooms are brilliant. The hotel has free shuttle bus to Mt.Fuji to kawaguchigo station. Overall is very good compare to price.

Thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair overlooking the majestic view of Mount Fuji. Food options were good on site. Staff was super helpful with getting discounted tickets and early. entrance for the kids to Fuji Q. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with a lot of amenties for those staying on the executive floor. My wife and I did the roof top terrace as well as the massages. The only bad part about this hotel is the bed and the pillows. The bed is somehow harder than the floor and the pillow is flatter than a pancake and also somehow harder than the floor. Other than that 10/10!

The Mt Fuji view from the 11th floor was exceptional (we were both lucky and unlucky with the weather so got to see it). The hotel staff were lovely and helpful at all times. The room was wonderful, comfy beds and loads of amenities. We loved the Sky Garden visit to get an uninterrupted view of Mt Fuji. We really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious with some really great quality foods. I am vegetarian and had loads of options, and with protein too!! The food at the Macaroni Club was great too with some good vegetarian options.

Pros: - room we booked had excellent view of Mt Fuji, 10/10 - room also had a massage chair which we availed fully - mist sauna shower in our bathroom also 10/10 - hotel is directly connected to Fujiyama Onsen - they also offer a special trip to their rooftop for an unobstructed view of Mt Fuji (500 JPY/pax) - they also offer a coupon which you can use to go to Fujiyama Terrace in the Fuji Q Highland area Cons: - hotel does not have USB charging ports - dinner buffet was a bit pricey at 7000JPY/pax and not much options Would definitely book again in the future!

Good services! Wonderful Mount Fuji view. And you can actually go into Fuji Q theme park for free if you stay at this hotel, but you will need to pay if you want to ride the facilities. Still very worthy.

Staying at this hotel I felt like a VIP. Everything was up to date, the staff were professional, polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. There are restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and onsen located near by and Fuji-Q highland is right beside the hotel which is a big attraction with crazy roller coasters, Naruto theme park and other attractions

Fabulous hotel!
It was a fantastic hotel. Room was of excellent cleanliness and it was spacious. Room view of Mount Fuji was a die for. Early entry to Fuji Q highland amusement park was a big advantage to those who are going. I enjoyed my onsen at Fujiyama. A 5 min walk to it. Reception was helpful and use of google translate app made communication fuss-free. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay again if we were to visit Mount Fuji area. Thank you!

Really worth the value. Mt view room is facing mt fuji. Stunning view! Not close to attractions except for the amusement park. BUT there’s a free shuttle bus going to major train stations.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The only think I was confused about was the free shuttle bus. I was hoping it would take me to lake Kawaguchiko but I never saw the bus come around. So I ended up walking to the closest train station and got off at the station.
