Spacious room with Mount Fuji view. The staff is polite and friendly. She recommended the crab noodles restaurant and a cafe to us and they were tasty.

My first experience in Japan and the experience was most pleasing. The hospitality and amenities were more than I could expect and the comfortable bed made me fall asleep within minutes. Excellent place to stay

I often stay here as the rooms are always clean and have everything needed. Self-check-in is also quick and simple even without staff. The location is super convenient, especially with a 7-11 right outside! The view of Fuji peaking out is a bonus too, and for the full view, it's only a 5-minute walk to the lake!

Nice hostel, with all basic needs met. Very clean. Location excellent, 5 min walk to best view of Mt Fuji of this region! You can also see a partial view of the Mt. Fuji. Heater air is a bit too dry though. Be aware that check in is at the kawaguchiko station area, as there is no person at the actual site. It is unguarded.

Amazing location, less than 5 minutes walk from the sightseeing bus stop 14 and 15 and the lake. About a 5-10 minute walk from a a 7/11 and lawsons and to some restaurants (great izakaya opposite 7/11) . The free bikes were great too! The room was overall nice, comfortable beds and a bonus view of mount fuji. There is a fridge, microwave and kettle on the landing which is super useful! The only problem is if you want to go into town to eat etc, it was about 2000 yen in a taxi back when the bus stops running.

Space is huge, but there’s no staff physically at the property. Fuss free place and dont expect too much. Very near the sightseeing bus stop 15 but still quite a distance from restaurants / convenience stores.

The view !
Great budget hotel with a strong retro ambience! Location is perfect with a cheesecake and wine shops right next to it ! Has a view of Mount Fuji from the room ! Off season it was a self checkin and be ready to remove your shoes at the entrance and wear the slippers! Loved it !

Well located hotel with all you need.
We had booked this hotel for 2 nights but added an extra night (good communication from hotel to our enquiry to extend) as our plans changed slightly. After 2 torrential rainy days and a typhoon we woke on our last morning to an amazing view of Fuji out the window. The hotel is a little out of town (10 min bus ride) next to an art and a music museum and 5 mins from a lakeside walk with amazing views of Fuji (if it isn't in clouds) There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a 7eleven and Lawson for snacks. The rooms are all on one side on the first floor looking towards the lake and Fuji and on the landing is a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee. The girl on reception was very welcoming and helpful about getting buses and finding food etc. Our room was big with 2 beds, table and chairs and tv. Beds and the bathroom were clean but the desk and Tv were a bit dusty. Overall a good hotel choice for the area.

部屋から富士山も見え、コンビニも近く良かった。チェックインもタブレットでの操作で、20時過ぎても問題なかった。玄関で靴を脱いで共同の下駄箱へ。スリッパに履き替えて部屋へ移動。冷蔵庫は廊下に置いてあり、共同。未就学の子供との家族旅行だったので、音がうるさくならないようにいつも以上に気を遣った。 部屋は綺麗で簡易ベッドを置いていても問題ない広さ。シャワールームのみ。近くの日帰り温泉に行ったので、使用しませんでした。設備は最低限といったところ。 値段等総合的にみて、寝るだけの部屋としては十分。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思う。

価格と設備からすると少しお得です。 タブレットによるチェックインには事前にメールで番号が発行されており番号入力が必須。 もしログインできなければフロントの電話からすぐにかけられ、対応してくれます。 ※フロントは無人です。 部屋は清潔です。 シャワーの設備は新しい印象を受けました。アメニティのシャンプーなどはいい匂いで家でも使いたいほどです。 部屋の窓は出窓になっており、私の部屋からは富士山が見え朝は気持ちがいいです。 ファミリーマートが道路の向かいにあるので便利です。車であればローソンも行けます。 おそらく昔の宿を買い取り、今の宿泊施設になったのかと思います。 私は富士急ハイランドに向かうために宿泊しましたが、車で15〜20分とちょうどいい距離にあると思います。 良い旅を。 ⚫︎設備 エアコン TV バスタオル フェイスタオル 歯ブラシ ジャンプー、リンス、シャワージェル △注意点 冷蔵庫は共有で廊下にあります。

宿泊場所とチェックインの手続き場所が異なり、初めてだと戸惑う。 ホテルは静かで道路を渡れば、コンビニがあるので便利 大人2人、子供2人で利用、ベッドが2つ、布団2組清潔感はある。 冷蔵庫が共同なのは少し気を使う 。 評価的には良好 料金も手頃であり、次回も利用したいと思う。

完全自助沒有人服務的住宿，4人房超擠！
4人房只有2個單人床，另外2人要睡榻榻米，好擠啊！而且第二天沒有清潔整理。

立地がとにかくいい。湖畔で、美術館や観光施設が集中している。コンビニや飲食店も徒歩2〜3分であり便利。自転車の無料貸出が3〜4台あり、親切だと思った。テレビがないという口コミがあり、不安だったが自分の部屋にはあった。

Check in process is quite fast as just call the staff who will give you a code for getting room key. Also, there is a free parking next to this hostel. It provides hot water and tea in the hostel which is free. If you just take a sleep, it’s ok with reasonable price.

很近河口湖，也望到富士山，河口湖一帶有很多櫻花樹，影相一流，環境美麗。需要乘車去河口湖站，可以把行李寄存在酒店的辦公室，再去睇櫻花祭

下午三點入住，此間需要利用櫃台電話撥打號碼給服務人員 因為不熟悉日本撥打電話格式，三張卡的號碼皆不同， 花了約15分鐘才順利打通電話，用英語溝通取得密碼櫃內的房間鑰匙 建議直接將播電話的號碼直接截圖下來做說明，會更加了解

ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ทางเข้าทะเลสาบและเห็นวิวภูเขาไฟฟูจิสวยมาก แต่รอบๆที่พักจะเงียบและเหงาๆไปหน่อย จะทานอาหารบางร้านต้องจองล่วงหน้า Locate near the great view point (Kawaguchiko Lake with Mt.Fuji in background) Very quiet around this hostel and we can’t find a near convenient store around. The bus service had closed very early. So we have to use taxi instead. Please prepare something to eat at night. Some restaurant have to reserve in advance.
