However, I observed the following limitations, which in my opinion the hotel needs to address: - Limited guidance if any is available on guided tours and excursions given the hotel is located in a popular tourist area. The hotel uses an external part-time travel agent who attends for 45 minutes 4 days a week at inconvenient times. - Safety box in the room is rented for $3 a day.
