「The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, at such an affordable price! The staff members were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting to the Grand Mesa, where we spent the day. The breakfast serving area was rather small and chaotic, with ok food (but we were glad to have it included)—otherwise everything was excellent and we will return and recommend to our friends.」

「For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop. There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30. For unknown reasons we were given a room with a swivel-in seat in the bathtub (like the one my 93 year old mother uses.) I took it out and used it as a luggage rack. The bathroom had one very small shelf above...

「So, I chose this property while I was on the road, and the room itself was lovely. I also enjoyed that I could walt to the pizza place without trouble. Getting to the property itself was a nightmare. It is not well marked, and I was pretty tired having driven from Nevada. The front desk lady was lovely and very helpful. The hot tub had one working jet. Not ideal. The restaurant was taking 30 minutes to even get acknowledged. (I heard another guest say this, so we skipped). It was also...

「Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded...

「The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.」

「Great if you don't mind a no contact check in, smaller rooms but in a great area Grand Junction within walking distance of a lot. Really great rooms that feel much different than your typical corporate chain hotel. Sadly I was not able to visit the attached cocktail lounge that looked excellent.」
