Nice view. Helpful staff.
"The staff were all very helpful. The carpet in the room had large spots, I reported it so not to be charged. They are aware as they are gradually remove all carpet. Couldn’t change us to a handicapped room but provided a shower chair. We like it being by the river will stay again."

"In general, it is good. However, the sound insulation is not good. Every step upstairs can be heard clearly. Car noise at parking lot can be heard inside the room."
