"Desde que llegamos el personal se portó excesivamente amable. Nos dieron una bebida de bienvenida mientras esperamos la habitación con upgrade con vista a la ciudad. El restaurante es muy bueno y el desayuno mejor. Es de esos hoteles que cuidan los detalles y lo hacen sentir a uno como que estuviera en casa. Sin duda me volvería a quedar allí."

"We’ve stayed in multiple NH Hotels and this hasn’t been quite on par with some of them. First of all, there were hidden fees when we checked in. Then we were quoted a price for breakfast and it ended up being 30% more than that, which was frustrating. The breakfast was also underwhelming compared to other NH’s we’ve been to. It was clean with comfortable bed and nice hygiene products, but way overpriced for what it is"

"The woman working in the evening at the front desk was fantastic. Frankly the entire staff was helpful and friendly. Only negative is the AC in both our rooms did not get very cool."

"Excellent choice for short stay in the Toulouse area. Located just across the road from the Cite de l'Espace and therefore very easy to find (just look for the rocket!). Italian restaurant located right next door was handy. If you're driving, this would serve as a good base for exploring Toulouse and the surrounding area. One tiny fly in the ointment: rooms have coffee and tea making facilities but no milk is provided and staff refused to provide any! Most odd!"
