「We were in the smallest cottage. I didn’t realize it was a tough shed that had been converted. Very small and the tv was very small. It was clean and tidy. The bed may have had a water proof cover on which caused some sweating while laying on. It was ok. Not what I was expecting.」

「Pat was very nice and helpful with directions where to park and how to unlock door. AC was off when we got there and it took about 2 hours to cool off on a 97 degree day. Bed was hard to sleep on. Ice cream shop next door was closed the Friday evening we arrived. Uber ride is very cheap to the downtown entertainment district. Recommend eating at The Grotto or Rogue Manor and Mud Street cafe was great for breakfast.」

「This lovely bed-and-breakfast was most enjoyable. I loved all the personal touches and the house was really beautiful. I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. It made me want to go home and plant a garden. I would recommend this place to others because it was quiet and pleasant, not far from activities or hard to find in Eureka Springs. There were very many options for lodging there and I’m glad I chose this one.」

「The water took a while to heat up, and after all the walking we did around downtown, we took multiple showers. Water stayed hot for the first shower, but when my husband showered, the water didn't stay hot very long. Maybe five minutes tops. And the cottage has ants. We did our best to keep it clean during our stay, but we found ants in the bed during the night. I'm sure keeping ants out can be difficult when not every guest makes it a priority to keep their cottage clean, but it was rather...

「It was clean for the most part, except the mounds of hair behind the mattress. But, the place needs some minor defects that need to be addressed like there was a hole in our celling i dont know if it leaks, our room phone didnt work, and the toielt had issues flushing because it didn't rain while we were there. I saw they had a cold breakfast and they really dont its like 2 (literally two muffins, onr day there was 3 muffins )next to some coffee and for the price should of had that.」

「A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Eureka Springs! Just a few steps away from spring street, it's within easy walking distance of restaurants (try Local Flavor! the best) and the historical museum. It's a great perk to be able to park your car in the reserved spot and not worry about street parking in ES.
