「A good place to stay for a great price, it's right on a main road so it is noisy but that's nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve. it was warm, comfortable and clean. will definitely stay here again.」

「Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking is a great bonus with the car park behind the property. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay. We would definitely use again when we return to...

「Location was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious inside property. Lots of space outside too with courtyard, playground and grassy areas. 」

「Was overbooked due to squatters - Was put in another property too far away for what I needed- no apology given - no communication- filthy bathroom and kitchen and legs on bed were wonky. Tripped on landing as floor uneven and cluttered. Poor safety standards.」

「Great property although an odd set out and you cannot park outside. You have to park at the back of the house where there is no access to the house and then have to walk all the way around. The property was lovely, very clean, beds comfy and lots of extras ypu may need such as coffee, sugar, cereals etc Greay stay i just thought access to enter the house was a bit strange. Would definitely stay again but wouldnt recommend for people with accessibility needs who cannot walk very well. This is the...

「The Dairy is a very well presented accommodation, has everything needed, Very clean and nice and quiet setting Is in easy striking range for local attractions, eating & shopping. 「A thoroughly lovely experience from start to finish. The property is a large Victorian house with lovely period features. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen is huge with every amenity needed. All bedrooms are en-suite large bedrooms.The host was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. New Brighton is a lovely family orientated seaside town. Had such an absolutely amazing break 」
