「The people in Reception was very unfriendly. I was traveling with my a disabled member of my family and asked for 30 mins more after the check out time (because he needed bit more time to be read y) and one Lady in reception wanted to charge me for a late check out she was very unpolite and no empathy」

「Preis-Leistung unzureichend.

「Easy to check in, clean rooms, great breakfast. Good location. Would stay here again.」

「the price of the accomondation is too expensive to meet the service quality. They don't even provide luggage storage service. 」
