「We stayed three nights for the ELMS race weekend. Certainly not cheap but it was a birthday treat. Staff were perfect and sent a car to pick us up anywhere on the track was a bonus. Apartment was fabulous and had all amenities, fridge, microwave, balcony, car parking port. The art around is pretty impressive. 」

「Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

「This stay at Blackthorn went above and beyond what I needed - some time and space for myself to write. In the comfort and peace of this hut in this location, I was able to write nearly 10,000 words, unheard of in my everyday busy life at home! 「Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy 」

「We stayed and on entering were very impressed with the size/decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed as a party of 6. The location was quiet and we didnt see a soul. Had a driveway for parking. We would stay again as it was perfect for us. 「We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. Thoughtful provision of milk, orange juice, water, biscuits plus teas and coffee was very welcome after a long journey. Location to the characterful town of Woodstock is perfect, just a few minutes stroll and you are amongst the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants....
