「Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise. 」

「No Air conditioning it would be very uncomfortable if temps outside exceeded 85 degrees. However the breakfast bar was superb there is a walkway bridge to this quaint town in France a shopping mall a park on the Rhine the tram into Basel all within walking steps from the hotel.」

「Nice location,takes tram no.2 to messeplaza.hotel is about 3 mins walk. The room is a little bit small for three,but it is a good hotel. Most important of all,the staff are friendly and glad to help.」

「早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。」

「Hotel location is good, very near the train station. the service is good. when I request the additional bed in the room. they changed another bigger room to us. Even we have 3 adults and 1 children. They would not ask us to book one more room.」

「We stayed one night after a cruise. They picked us up at the airport but it was a little difficult to find them however they thankfully found us. We had dinner in the restaurant which was wonderful. they took us back to the airport the next day. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.」
