「The hygiene conditions are terrible, very unclean, lack of hair dryer」

「The staff was very nice and friendly. However, the room door didnt lock and the joining room door didnt lock either, so they had the wardrobe blocking the door just enough the next door neighbors couldn't get into our room. We definitely weren't safe from having visitors. The toilet flushed if you held it down a few times but it took some extra effort. The breakfast wasn't great either but we won't complain when its complimentary. I wouldn't stay there ever again but it sufficed for a bed to...

「It says on thing free breakfast but I get up at 7:45 and then they said that breakfast closes at 7:30 and they're out of everything don't go stay there sorry ladies and gentlemen」

「Pulled back covers and found large stained area on sheets. Went to front desk and was offered another room on higher floor but elevators were not working. Was told house keeping was not available to replace bedding. So I booked another hotel and left 」

「When we arrived there were many holes in the wall. There was even one that when we turned the shower on had water spraying out of it. The next morning breakfast was not prepared correctly. Lots of things were missing. We were able to switch rooms the next day but woke up with bed bugs.」
