"We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Sail Hotel. It was the perfect, quaint little spot that made our trip feel even more special.
The staff was truly incredible, so warm, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and it made such a difference in our overall experience. The service really stood out.
The location is unbeatable. It’s in one of the best areas of the island, tucked into such a charming and beautiful setting, with so many wonderful spots within walking distance. We loved being able to explore easily while still feeling like we were in a peaceful little escape.
Everything about this place just felt thoughtful and charming. Between the atmosphere, the amazing staff, and the perfect location, it exceeded all of our expectations.
We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the island!"
"i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "
"Bar does not open through the day .On arrival couldn’t get coffee beer nothing . When the bar opens the staff are so rude I have never experienced such attitude . Pool area is like a building site .such a shame the views are beautiful but that’s the only thing going for it .Breakfast awful "
"While the staff were nice and the beaches were great, the property and the sea view queen room was a bit antiquated and the tile floors need some attention especially around the edges and corners. The hall ceilings leaked leaving water puddles; no elevators and no one to assist with carrying luggage to the 3rd floor; no bottled water or bathroom amenities or room service; and no WiFi in the rooms. In fact it was horrible everywhere -we had a hard time completing our flight check in and immigration departure online. The birds were in the bread and eating off tables which lead us to observe bird poop on light fixtures in dining area. The property definitely needs some love and attention. I enjoyed my trip but I wouldn’t return to this establishment. Best-"
