「The problems are as follows: (1) There is air conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedroom; (2) When I asked the front desk for a fan to relieve the stuffiness, the man rudely replied, "That's how it is, we can't provide a fan." I spoke with his manager, who replied that she would arrange for a fan to be delivered to my room the next day; (3) Only one roll of toilet paper is provided, and an extra roll costs 1 euro. 「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」
