They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "Carmen and Alicia are excellent hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and gave great dining and site seeing recommendations. All their rooms have private baths which are extremely clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the full breakfast was outstanding! We had eggs, cheese and ham, juice, homemade cake and coffee. "Notre séjour d'une nuit, dans ce lieu que nous découvrions pour la première fois, à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de mon compagnon, s'est passée merveilleusement bien. Si vous cherchez un lieu calme, romantique et intimiste, au contact de la nature et des oiseaux qui chantonnent, n'hesitez pas à y aller. "The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. "
