"Great location and very quite rooms, beautiful view of the lake. Only downside was that parking is not on site and the man at the front desk wasn't able to explain clearly the additional price we would be charged for parking nearby (they have an arrangement with another hotel, but the parking is only partially covered)."

L'Impérial Palace

"We had a very pleasant stay at L’Impérial Palace Annecy. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time there. We were touched by the room upgrade and the thoughtful welcome of a bottle of champagne and a cake prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture. The only downside was the leisure facilities. The gym is quite small, and the swimming pool is also a little limited in size, which can make it feel crowded at busy times. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we would happily return."

"Room within the annex was spacious, clean with a lovely terrace. Breakfast was amazing, good choice and helpful staff. Parking is fairly limited. Great location so would definitely stay there again."
