"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Pike Place Market, which was the main positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were very old and did not appear to be properly cleaned. The overall condition of the room was disappointing and fell well below my expectations. I reported the cleanliness issues to the hotel staff, but no action was taken to address the problem during my stay. Given the condition of the room and the lack of response to my complaint, I am genuinely surprised that this hotel is rated as a 4-star property. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made."
