「Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. 「Was our second time staying here. This time we booked the sea-view room. The room was very clean and well kept. The receptionist was lovely, shown us to our rooms. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time we visit!」

「Lovely hotel, have stayed here a few times now and has always been good.」

「The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....

「Nice superking bed. Small balcony with two chairs and a table looking onto a golf course. You do need your own transport. There is a railway station a few hundred yards walk away but the trains only stop there twice a day. Really nice helpful staff.」

「Great fuss free stay, should have checked my emails beforehand as needed to check in online to receive door code」

「Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again」

「We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. Thank you so much for everything 」

「The bed was terrible compared to last time I can and the room was sooo hot but last time I came it had a fan I come to Boston regularly and I’ll still be booking in but if this could just be fixed but overall it was fantastic apart from not having a fan and the bed being not tidy and bathroom messy with no handwash 」
