「The Hotel is a unique experience. The Hotel architecture and design and furniture takes you back to another time... Great place to stay if you fly Southwest. Easy in and out. Very clean, nice bar and restaurant. We will definitely stay there again! Service was great from everyone.」

「I did not need to use the laundry service as i was only here for one night but it was nice to have it available. There probably were shops nearby but i didn't really take notice of all that was in the area. We got here shortly before a concert, picked up keys, went to the concert, walked back to the building, and ordered Doordash. 」
「this is a good hotel if you are needing something next to Baylor Med hospital. It is a little expensive and they charge for parking in a normal parking lot next to the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent however. When I checked in there was no remote for the tv. The next day I asked again and they stated they would bring one while I was at the hospital. They never did. Not a huge issue but they need to pay attention to small things like that. 」
