We arrived late in the evening and were really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are designed so that you can sleep in complete peace. And the next morning there was another surprise, namely the breakfast buffet. Everything was prepared with so much love and the guests were always concerned about their well-being. Thank you very much, we would love to come back.

Decent budget hotel

The hotel is located 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal, which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Our stay was pleasant overall. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can get complimentary tea and a decent coffee at reception, but they close at 9pm. Breakfast was average, with one or two hot food options - hard boiled eggs and omelet. Given the same requirements i would stay there again.

Cold room. 7 C or less night. Heating pipes had major repairs. Had to leave and rent elsewhere. No one told this in advance before our arrival!

Anbefales for overnatting

Lisboa er et veldig hyggelig Hotel og ligger fint til rett utenfor Frederikshavn. Utrolig hyggelig personale og enkelt med parkering utenfor rommet. Veldig hjemmekoselig frokostsal hvor vi også kunne sitte ute på en hyggelig terrasse. Vi er innom der hvert år og anbefaler det veldig.

Idyllen er ikke-eksisterende

Opholdet som sådan var ok. Personalet var imødekommende. Men de fleste billeder, som er lagt op, er ikke fra hotellet, men fra en restaurant ca 1 km væk. Idyllen var ikke-eksisterende, da hotellet liggee lige ved siden af 2 tankstationer og en bilforhandler - og ikke inde i en skov, som alle billederne ellers viser.... Så billederne giver ikke det rigtige indtryk af hotellet, som kunne kaldes et motel istedet.

Omgivelserne var noget dårligere end ventet ud fra billederne. Hotellet lå nærmest midt i en benzintank. Ikke særligt romantisk, og der var ikke mulighed for aftensmad som ellers annonceret.

Hotel Lisboa er reelt et motel, og som sådant er det i absolut topklasse. Et særdeles praktisk og komfortabelt overnatningssted for rejsende i bil - og med en aldeles glimrende morgenbuffet. Og alt til en fornuftig pris.

Utrygt

Da vi ankom om aftenen havde receptionen lukket og i stedet for at skrive en sms med info omkring adgang til værelser, så hang en seddel på døren til receptionen med navn og værelsesnr. om at værelserne stod åbne… ret utrygt. Jeg boede i stuen, gardinerne for vinduerne var hverken mørklægning eller brede nok til at dække kanterne af vinduet. Det var meget utrygt, da man faktisk kunne kigge ind ad sprækkerne og kigge direkte på sengen jeg sov i. Vi endte med at hænge tæpper for vinduerne. Da vi skulle tjekke ud om søndagen, var receptionen ikke åben til at modtage nøglen på det tidspunkt som ellers var skrevet på hjemmesiden.

Super venlig service - god morgenmad - rent og pænt værelse men meget meget lydt. Vi boede nederst og helt ud mod trappen og var meget generet af støj - vi vågnede af overboens vækkeur.
